Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using EPIC Systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Key Responsibilities1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, workflows, and other relevant information. This documentation is crucial for future reference and audits.2. Work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and IT professionals, to understand their needs and ensure that the Epic system aligns with organizational goals.3. Understand and analyse the existing workflows within the healthcare organization and align them with the capabilities of the Epic system. Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency4. Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Epic software. Provide ongoing support to end-users and address any system-related problems that may arise.5. Stay informed about updates, upgrades, and new features released by Epic. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements

Technical Experience 1.Must to have :Epic Systems2.Good to have :US Healthcare or any healthcare in general, EMR, EHR, Payor and Provider concept, Revenue cycle 3.Good to have :Integration Skills , Reporting and Analytics , Troubleshooting and Support , Training and Documentation , Workflow Analysis

Good to have Epic certification (in any modules) 2. Good to have Healthcare certifications like AHM. 3. Shift on need basis (shift-allowances and transportation as per company policy will be provided)4. 100% work from office (Epic Mandate to work from facilities which are approved by client and project) 5. Commitment to clear the Epic certification (Project will be facilitating the Epic certification training program for any given module and clearing the exams within stipulated timeline is prerequisite to get the Production access as well as to support client deliverables)
